SECURITY & ISOLATION

Separated by structure,
not by policy.

Every operator promises not to look at another customer's data. What we would rather show you is the layer underneath: the hardware is single-tenant, the namespace is not shared, and the record of who touched what reaches your side. A policy can be changed; a structure can be written into the agreement.

TRUE TODAY

What you can verify.

  • Contractual audit rights — Customers on dedicated hardware have an annual facility audit right, exercisable by a third-party auditor you appoint.
  • Logs into your SIEM — Access logs and administrative action logs are streamed continuously to your SIEM — not merely displayed in our dashboard.
  • A named NOC — The operations team is identifiable by name and disclosable to your auditors. It is not an anonymous rota.
  • Quarterly security review — Configuration changes, incidents and remediation reviewed with you on a fixed cadence.
  • Wipe and re-validation on return — At end of term: wiped to NIST SP 800-88, firmware reset to baseline, and re-validated against the acceptance standard.

Remote attestation is not available today. It is on the roadmap. We do not describe things we have not built as though we had.

Isolation, tier by tier.

Metadata monitoring means the identity of the connecting party, origin region, usage volume and anomalous patterns. We do not look at prompts, completions or training data. Only MaaS, being a shared service, adds automated abuse filtering. See Acceptable use for detail.

Physical and legal.

PHYSICAL

Access and cages

Dedicated hardware sits in a locked cage with access records retained. Those records are in scope for your audit.

EXPORT CONTROL

We are the end user

We procure and own the accelerators and are the end user of the hardware we deploy. What you buy is a service, not a controlled item.
