How the three numbers are set.

COMMITTED CAPACITY

5-year standard

Three years is available. Dedicated, reserved, non-cancellable. JPY, billed monthly in advance. Billing starts at acceptance.

CAPACITY RESERVATION

Locks allocation and date

Applied against service fees per the agreement. A higher reservation and a longer term improve the terms.

PRICING

Four variables

Delivery window, contract term, cluster size, reservation level. There is no rate card. Qualified customers receive an allocation offer.

What speeds this up.

  • A sketch of the workload — training or inference, model size, job length and parallelism.
  • The GPU count you need and when you want it running. Approximate is fine.
  • Any constraint on where data may sit — in-country only, for example — and your legal and procurement requirements.
  • What you run on today — cloud or on-premises — and what is not working about it.
  • Who decides internally, and roughly how approval works.

Common questions.

What happens in qualification?
The shape of the workload — training or inference, and what a job looks like — the GPU count and date you need, your networking and storage requirements, where the decision sits internally, and any legal or procurement constraints. The technical meeting runs 30 to 60 minutes and is taken by our platform team directly, not by sales alone.
When do we see a price?
In the allocation offer, at step 3. We do not publish prices because the figure is a function of delivery window, contract term, cluster size and reservation level — a rate card would not mean anything.
How long does the offer stand?
Fourteen days. During that period the allocation and window named in it are not offered to anyone else. After fourteen days, depending on what is left in the window, we may not be able to repeat the same terms.
Is the Capacity Reservation refundable?
It is applied against service fees. What happens if we fail to deliver for reasons attributable to us is set out in the agreement. For cancellation on your side, note that a committed capacity agreement is non-cancellable.
Realistically, how long from signature to service?
About six months as standard for a dedicated cluster, and three to four months on the earliest window. That covers manufacturing and shipping, installation, burn-in and acceptance. Windows are not first-come — they are fixed in the order reservations complete.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start on the managed API or on a single private-endpoint node of eight GPUs, and we will design the path up to a dedicated cluster inside the same agreement. Bring it to the technical meeting.
