DATA CENTRES & POWER

Contract the power first.
Offer the window second.

Nachster AI comes out of the power business. The parent has been investing in solar plants and battery storage stations since 2020. In an AI data centre the first thing to run out is power and land — and that is where we started. It is why we can commit to a date.

The dotted values are not yet fixed. They are replaced with real figures once the site contract is signed; we do not publish estimates.

POWER

Renewable generation and grid supply, together.

GENERATION

Solar

We use the solar development and investment experience the parent already has, assessing both self-consumption and corporate PPA structures.

STORAGE

Battery storage

Storage absorbs the variability of renewable output and reduces peak load on the grid. Battery storage stations have been a core investment for the parent.

GRID

Utility supply

We do not claim to run an AI data centre on renewables alone. Grid supply is the base and renewables sit on top of it. The contracted load is fixed before a window is offered.

Site qualification standard.

Candidate sites are assessed against our data centre qualification standard. The four items below are the minimum for the air-cooled generation — a site that misses any one of them is not used. The full standard is issued individually to candidate data centre operators.

  • Dual utility feeds — Two independent incoming feeds. No single point of failure on the supply path.
  • ≥30 kW per rack — At least 30 kW per rack, sustained. We assess the continuous figure, not the peak.
  • Intake ≤27°C — Closed-aisle intake held at or below 27°C. Where containment is not yet in place, we assess the retrofit plan.
  • 8-GPU chassis serviceability — Floor loading, access route and hands able to receive, rack and service a 10U eight-GPU chassis.

The full standard adds the direct-liquid-cooling requirements the later rack-scale generations need — supply temperature and flow, CDU redundancy, fluid quality and leak detection, water supply and resilience — along with how we assess room for a liquid retrofit and expansion. Those thresholds are not published.

The commercial terms of a long lease are a negotiating position and are not published. To request the standard, write to info@nachster-ai.com.

THE STACK

From the substation to the GPU — one operator.

Incoming power, cooling, nodes, fabric and operations are designed as one system. We are neither handing you bare GPUs nor brokering someone else's assets: the GPUs, the fabric and the storage are procured, owned and operated by us.

Tell us the area, the load you think the site can carry, and the state of the grid connection. We reply within 48 hours and, where it makes sense, move into detailed assessment under NDA.
